India – Raffles Greater Noida organised a Finance Summit themed “Changing Paradigms In Finance” in March 2015. A group of eminent speakers shared about the changing environment and the impact of finance on various aspects of business.

Participants also discussed about how finance, as an industry, is adapting and playing a fundamental role in newly-formed and changing global structures. Mr. Surya Kant Sharma from Securities & Exchange Board of India outlined how his organisation plays a critical role as an ever-evolving regulator and guide to the Stock Market.

Mr. A. K. Kalesh Kumar from World Bank shared about the changing aspects of public finance, and also enlightened participants about career opportunities in that area.

Mr. Rishi Mehra, Director of Corporate Partners, discussed about the changing attitudes and behavior of investors and Mr. Bhupesh Anand, Director of Takshila Learning, helped participants to analyse different types of risks that individuals and groups faces while investing money.

The insightful summit, conducted by the JRE School of Management, helped participants to look into the challenges and opportunities that are present in the rapidly changing financial system. Other summits previously held were Digital Marketing Summit and Human Resource Summit.
