SINGAPORE – In yet more great news for Raffles Singapore, Raffles Designer Alicia GENESIUS has emerged as a top 10 finalist at the prestigious Singapore Jewellery Design Award (SJDA) 2015 competition!
A jewellery design competition of international renown, the SJDA has provided budding designers with a strong, competitive platform through which to showcase their potential for several years now – an opportunity Raffles Designer Alicia would not pass up, with her triumph in the ‘Rewarding Singapore’ category, or Category C.
In celebration of Singapore’s 50th birthday, the SJDA had decided on SG50 as this year’s theme, with participants tasked to conceptualise designs incorporating a strong understanding of Singapore’s iconic heritage and history.
Raffles Singapore has always strived towards providing a consistently enriching experience both in and outside of the classrooms, with Alicia’s win testament to that varied exposure.
