JAKARTA – On June 20th 2017, Raffles Indonesia proudly presented the academic achievements of our graduating students to award them with their diplomas and celebrate their personal accomplishments by showcasing their designs during the fashion show and exhibition.

Themed ‘Rise and Shine’; our graduation ceremony took place at the beautiful venue of the Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta. Throughout this fashionable and creative evening, the students were aknowledged individually with awards being presented to our best students. Students from three colleges and six departments were gathered together with their families and friends at our annual event to mark the end of their successful journey at Raffles Indonesia; as well as to welcome new beginnings.

Fashion Design students from all Raffles campuses in Indonesia presented their mini collections for their Advanced Diploma programme. Each collection was a culmination of their individuality, creativity and the vital creative skills that were developed and acquired during their study at Raffles. The best collection was adjudged by a jury panel consisting of industry experts and was announced after the show.

The fashion student’s showcased one selected garment from their mini collection which was displayed in the exhibition foyer and was further enhanced by their fashion videos made for the collection.

The fashion marketing students also proudly exhibited their designs to promote and effectively communicate the brand they have conceptualized for their Final Major Project with their fashion booths intricately designed to create the overall feel for the brand and completed with their look books, promotional video and business plan.

In recognition of talents from Raffles Indonesia, Raffles Singapore has reviewed the following top students and awarded them with the Raffles Singapore Scholarships, so as to grant them with the opportunity of pursuing their studies further, by attaining their Bachelor’s Degrees.
