If there is one word I would use to describe my experience with Raffles, it is “versatile”. Under the Raffles banner, I studied in three extremely unique cities - Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Singapore. Each city taught me different things and has improved my overall skills as a product designer. My final year was definitely the most challenging as an individual as it was the first time I was away from home. However, it has been the best year in shaping me as an individual as I learned a lot about being independent and gained a vast amount of information about design. The work ethic in Singapore is stronger than most other cities and this tends to rub off on everyone who works or studies in the city. My experience with Raffles has been amazing and I believe it has shaped me into the designer I would like to be.
