Our fast-paced lifestyle eventually produces more waste, making it worse for the environment, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic, when panic buying at the supermarkets increases the amount of packaging waste and food waste. The main purpose of this report is to develop a design strategy to improve shopping experience and reduce the waste created from the supermarket industries, to create a more sustainable supermarket development.
