With increased quality of life, more than 60% of customers want to renew their living space by having new decorations, which leads to increased purchasing of furniture. In 2020, after the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, we have also seen a change in consumers’ shopping for furniture. Additionally, sustainability is becoming one of today’s significant concerns, and it is no exception in the furniture industry. Hence, customers are looking to find an online furniture shopping application that is easy to use and meets their concerns. This report’s main purpose is to develop a design strategy to improve the customer shopping experience and prolong the life of furniture to create sustainable development of the furniture industry.
