Singapore – To commemorate Metro’s 62nd birthday in 2019, the renowned departmental store will be revamping their retail staff uniforms to suit their DQV philosophy i.e. Design, Quality, Value.

Raffles Designers in Coventry University’s Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Fashion programme were tasked to design a modern and contemporary uniform for Metro staff. The design challenge was launched on 11 July with Ms Esther ANG-GOH, Head, Human Resources & Administration, sharing the past uniform designs and the direction forward.

Raffles Singapore would like to thank Metro for the opportunity and three teams were shortlisted to further develop their designs, taking into consideration the feedback from the Metro staff.
