SINGAPORE – Raffles Singapore’s Creative Practitioner Anisa JOHNNY invited guest speaker, Miss Shireena Shroff MANCHHARAM, to conduct a talk and mini workshop for our International Fashion Business students, undertaking the module: Future Proof Personal Development Planning.

Shireena is the founder and principal consultant of Sheens Image Consulting. Her diverse clients include professionals, university students, and financial institutions such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and OCBC Bank. Shireena also has an ongoing partnership with London Business School, providing executive coaching to senior management in Asia Pacific. Besides having written articles for HR Magazine and South China Morning Post, Shireena is a certified Image Consultant, trained by the Academy of Image Mastery and The London Image Institute and is also a certified Coach, with Results Coaching Systems.

Our students were enlightened on how to go about creating and managing their personal brands in the future. They also learnt that developing a good relationship with the target market is essential for brand management, alongside understanding that brand image goes beyond the product/service itself, and can be strengthened using brand communications like advertising, packaging, word of mouth publicity, and other promotional tools.
