Singapore – Visual Communications and Digital Media Design students from Raffles Jakarta went on a field trip to Singapore to enhance and broaden their cultural understanding. The students went to exhibitions in several museums, galleries, and libraries across Singapore such as the immersive and interactive Future World exhibition in ArtScience Museum.

In addition, they also visited Raffles Singapore’s Open House where they joined in a typesetting workshop curated by TypesettingSG. Through the workshop, the students were introduced to the traditional printing method. Luis P. Fabra, the creative director of DDB Singapore, also held an industry talk to let the students get a glimpse into the expectations of the current design industry.
