Safety Starts With Raffles

Congratulations to Raffles Graphic Designers who emerged as winners of “Safety Starts with Me” competition 2015! Bravo!

Raffles Graphic Designers showcased their artwork at the Launch of National Workplace Safety and Health Campaign (WSHC), “Safety Starts with Me” competition 2015.

Guest of Honour, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Minister of Manpower & Minister of Social and Family Development was present and had a discussion with our Raffles Graphic Designers on their work pieces.

Silver Award: “The Working Dead” by Tubagus Rofi Almansyuri

Bronze Award: “Small Action Serious Impact” by Sophia Lenda

Consolation: “Don’t Reverse the Roles” by Jesselyn Nathania

The competition was organized by Workplace Safety and Health Council and it is an annual competition to promote workplace safety. This is a great opportunity for our students to design and showcase their work pieces to the participants to the event.

About 300 CEOs, Managers, WSH professionals and union leaders attended the launch of the National Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Campaign 2015. They came from various organisations ranging from large companies and SMEs to associations, unions and public agencies. Sectors represented include construction, marine, manufacturing, metalworking, logistics, healthcare, education and hospitality.

Through this campaign, our Raffles Designers have learnt a lot on Workplace Safety and Health. We would like to congratulate once again to the winners of this campaign.
